What to expect
Full-service is how Hometown started. In 1987 Walt Kowalski and two high school kids from Dundee vacuumed every car by hand while it rolled through a single-bay tunnel. We still do it that way, just with better equipment and a much bigger crew.
Your vehicle goes through any tunnel package you choose. Meanwhile a three-person crew vacuums the seats, floors and trunk, wipes the dash and console, cleans the inside glass and door jambs, and gives it a final walk-around before we hand the keys back.
How it works
Check in at the lobby
A greeter notes anything we should know, like a car seat to leave in place or a spill in the back row.
Through the tunnel
Your chosen package runs while you wait inside. Most people finish half a coffee.
Crew finish
Three crew members work the interior in parallel so it does not take all afternoon.
Walk-around and keys
A crew lead checks the glass, jambs and floors with you before you drive off.

Full-Service Wash questions
No. Full-service is first come, first served at Dundee, West Center and Papillion from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Council Bluffs is express only.
Valuables and loose papers. We will not move anything in the glove box or console.
Saturday mornings average 25 minutes. Weekday afternoons are usually under 15.
Yes. Your tunnel wash is covered and you pay only the interior upgrade at member pricing.
